We offer a variety of sensual movement classes on the pole. Use the pole as a vehicle to build confidence, reduce stress, and maybe burn a few calories. We believe sensual dance class is the ultimate self-care. These classes are typically 50 minutes and are open to all levels unless otherwise noted.
For those looking to deepen their pole dance practice, we recommend our premier progressive pole series. Each series is 8 weeks, meeting once a week for 90-minutes.
POLE VIRGIN – First time on the pole? We’ll be gentle. We recommend this as the first stop for our pole-curious dancers. Learn a beginner spin and a short sequence to give the spin context. This is perfect for those that have no prior pole and dance experience. Wear fitness attire. Knee pads are encouraged but not required.
PLUSH: Transitional Pole Movement – This class gives you a sexy flow and movement around the pole. No tricks, no expectations, no 8 counts. Just loose choreography. Highlight your assets, gain confidence, and explore your own body’s rhythms. Suitable for all levels of pole experience – even beginners!
TRAP POLE – This popular, fierce, and fun class is designed for the dancer that wants to add a little trap edge to their dance. This choreography-based class is set to hip hop music from start to finish. Beginner spins and flow will be taught in class. Knee pads required. Suitable for dancers with at least 2 months of pole experience.
CASHMERE: Spin Pole – This class is designed for the dancer that wants to weave in spin pole into their choreography and flow. This is a sequence-based class. This class is not suitable for complete beginners. Dancers should have a minimum of 6 months experience on static pole and 2-3 months experience on spin pole.
FLOSS: Low Flow Pole – It’s like our classes NYLON and PLUSH had a bb and named it FLOSS. 😉 Learn a low flow pole sequence in this class. We’ll explore choreo on the lower half of the pole and floor. This class is not suitable for complete beginners – 4+ months experience required. Knowledge of beginner spins, pole holds needed.
NYLON: Erotic Semi-Hard Style Pole – This choreography-based erotic-style pole dance class is for those that want the heel clacking, booty popping, hair flips to be mixed in with some spins, climbs, and other pole tricks. This class is not suitable for complete beginners. Dancers should have experience with climbing the pole and beginner static pole spins.
LEATHER: Rock Pole – This rockin’ class is designed for the dancer that wants to add a little rockstar edge to their dance. This sequence-based class is set to rock music from start to finish. This class is what you make it but is not suitable for complete beginners. 3+ months of pole dance experience is required.
ORGANZA: Prompts + Freestyle – This organic movement prompts class focuses on using your inner sensual dance compass to navigate. You will incorpate sensual movements on and off the pole. Each class will have a general theme and concept provided by your instructor followed by movement instruction to help facilitate and anchor that theme. This class is fun and provides a surprising workout. Recommended for dancers with at least 2 months experience.
SUEDE: Pole Choreo – One routine, multiple songs. This fun class is designed for the dancer that wants to relish in pole dance sequences and flow. This class incorporates beginner level spins and climbs/lifts. This class is suitable for those with a basic pole vocabulary and knowledge or beginner spins.
