Our studio offers 40 + 50 minute classes on and off the pole both in-studio and virtually. Great for those with inconsistent schedules. Also a great option to complement your series class!

Registration for classes close 4 hours before the start time. All virtual classes are offered in CDT.

Absolutely not! Most of our classes are suitable for beginners. You’ll build strength and fluidity over time. View our class descriptions to learn more.

Our classes are suitable for anyone 18 – 108 (and beyond!).

We are an inclusive space and welcome dancers of all levels, sizes, colors, orientations, and identities.

We do not allow spectators in our classes so that we can maintain a non-judgmental space for our dancers.

You’re encouraged to wear what makes you feel good as long as it covers your intimate areas. We typically dance in heels or barefoot.

Our studio is located in Southwest Houston. We’re conveniently located just 15 minutes from the Houston Medical Center, Missouri City, Sugar Land, and Pearland. Free lot parking is available.

As a small studio, we are unable to offer refunds and credits for no-shows/cancellations within 12 hours of class time. All sales are final.

Classes typically max out between 10-12 participants.
